Memorial services for Dj Tiesto have not yet been announced. The service is expected to be a closed casket funeral due to the severe head trauma.

He will probably come back as Michael Jackson, what is with these weird musicians, all them flashing lamps must have affected them!

How is he the worlds best DJ? three of us here have never heard of him but we have heard of Ken John Peel and Johnny Walker :stuck_out_tongue:

Your of the older generation right Wheel Nut? Unless your a clubber, of the Dance/Trance Culture, then your right, prob wont have heard of him.

about this web site. (this story was dynamically generated using a generic ‘template’ and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by web site visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank ‘non-specific’ template for the purpose of entertainment. What sort of stupid kind of website is that? It actually encourages the generation of totally false rumours and stories, which as can be seen in this case, are relayed by the gullible masses and, ultimately, believed or acted upon by even dafter people than those who were suckered-in in the first place!! :open_mouth: :unamused: :unamused:

On the BBC website (second link posted) it states that DJ Tiesto didn’t know where the rumours had originated . . . . . . well he needs to spend 2 mins on Google and then take above mentioned stupid website to the cleaners!!!

And for the benefit of those who don’t know, he has produced some of the all-time greatest tracks of modern times - a real ‘DJ Genious’!! :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

like what

Yeah, like what? :stuck_out_tongue:

When I woz a lad, a DJ played records made by other people, the first bloke who made music from records and decks was Fat Boy Norman Cook Ball with Praise You and the Brighton Post Apparently

I think I am getting old, so is this bloke dead or not?

I’m a believer in giving something a chance, so I ahem obtained a couple of DJ Tiesto tracks, purely for research purposes.

It seems to me that the ‘genius’ simply stretches the intro until it takes about half of the total song, then intersperses some electronic out-of-tune nonsense into what would otherwise be a mainstream song.

TBH, I can’t understand the point he’s trying to make and I won’t be adding anything of his to my music library anytime soon… :frowning:

If anybody can explain the point that DJ Tiesto is trying to make when he {zb}s a song up, I’d be most grateful to know.

If somebody actually has time to explain this to me, please, please please, don’t use the word ‘improvement.’

I hear you Malc.
I thought exactly the same too.

Wheel Nut:
I think I am getting old, …

Same here mate!!

Mind you Malc, I’ve done some research into some of this music type stuff and it seems the we are the modern equivalent of the judge who once famously asked “who are the Beatles?”

I’ve researched ‘garage’ and ‘house’ music.

To aid our musical education, here are the instructions for playing ‘garage’ music.
1.Take a transistor radio into your garage,
2. plug it in,
3. tune to radio 2 and switch on.
You now have ‘garage’ music. :sunglasses:

Once the car is repaired and you need ‘house’ music once again, simply return the transistor radio to its normal place in the front room and repeat steps 2 & 3 above. Sorted!!  :grimacing:

This music lark is easy once you get the hang of it, so now I’m waiting and looking forward to when somebody invents ‘kitchen’ music!!

Kitchen music!!!isnt that for the small footed people!!!

john peel he was a legend tiesto wish he was dead hes ■■■■■ bit strong that just cut his hands off

Nah!!

You won’t catch me out with such a leading question. :sunglasses:

I insist that people who have big feet are just as entitled to work in a kitchen.

They just can’t stand very close to the sink though. :sunglasses:
