Can I please ask that when making a booking using either the Trucknet 10% discount or a voucher, that this is mentioned at the time of booking.
It creates havoc if this presents itself later. We have a computerised accounts system that updates and finalises daily and it creates a great deal of work to discount invoices at a later date.
I’ve had a bollocking so I’m just passing it on!
