Are disclosure checks that some driving firms require for carrying certain goods basic checks? Or do they do the enhanced check? I’ve kept my nose clean for 20 years but in my youth I once mooned a speed van. Would that show up?

What did you get charged with and what was the penalty? Doesn’t sound like anything more serious than a fine would have been in order.
