It is against company T&Cs these days for anyone to “write bad about a company on social media”.
Thus, the company can say to their own employee:-
“Don’t worry bud, I’ve sacked the van driver despite him being self-employed, because it turns out he was driving with no tax, and his registration was stamped on the media footage he presented to plod”… 
You only have to type in any old registration on the gov.uk website - to find out if it is MOTed and/or taxed… You can even see what the vehicle in question has been failed for on previous MOTs…
Someone needs to tell this dude about that social media policy then [emoji16]
