Noticed this last week, they are a health hazard but instead of putting bins there they get closed off?
Its a good job there’s ample parking around Tilbury and the laybys weren’t needed.

No there shuting the laybys because thurock Council says theres plenty of parking around in truck stops they had a survey don by independant

they put bin there but did not emty them,they then spent all that money on making it look nice but left the rubbish there, probley to set an example,at the same time they could of repaired the pot holes coming up the hill
