Due to difficult trading conditions KHMO Ltd trading as Direct LGV has ceased to trade.
Following discussions about the financial position of KHMO Limited trading as Direct LGV it was agreed by the Board that the best course of action would be to arrange for the company to be placed into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation.
The company has instructed F A Simms & Partners Limited to prepare the necessary paperwork which will include convening a creditors’ meeting.
If you are owed money by the company or have paid for a course which hasn’t been completed then you will be required to complete a proof of debt form to substantiate your debt. This form will be sent to you shortly.
It is not possible at this stage to advise if you will get any money back.
However if you paid for your course on debit or credit card then you should contact your provider to see if a refund is possible from them.
Along with the proof of debt form you will also be sent a formal notice and a proxy form.
The formal notice will detail the venue, date and time of the creditors’ meeting which you will invited to attend.
It is not compulsory to attend the creditors’ meeting and by not doing so will not affect your claim in any way.
All the information presented at the creditors’ meeting will be sent to all creditors following the meeting.
