Got a shift at Co-Op Alfreton tomorrow. The postcode they have given me shows it near to Thorntons. Is that right?
Anything I should know?

Its on Venture Crescent, Motorway Link Ind Est, just off the A38 at Alfreton.

Unless you mean the new one which you can see from the M1 at J28 but I don’t think that’s operational yet.

No, it has moved

It is off at J28, take A38 towards Mansfield and you see it straight away on your right, massive new RDC

I thought that had closed? Might be wrong but it seems strange to still have that one still open.

I think you may well be right. My guess is that the Agency have not updated their information, but I’m sick of asking them about stuff because they just imply that I’m being awkward.They guarantee me 8 hours pay so if I take that long to get it sorted it’s their problem not mine and perhaps they will start making the effort to get things right.
A few years ago a TM told me that I was paid to drive and he was paid to think so I have followed that dictum ever since. He really didn’t know what to say when his plan turned to ■■■■ and mine would have worked :laughing:

Its not closed yet, they’re doing a staggered move to the new facility. I would goto venture crescent.

It’s still open and its the last turn off on the right before you hit thorntons.
