Log book all the way. Far better

Fossil vs Antique debate was interesting. It seems boredom/■■■■■■■■■■ are essential skills for the experienced driver.

As a newish driver(and somewhat immature),I find these infantile discussions very amusing.

It always helps fella

bald bloke:

Yes I know but we have about 80 drivers and most of them are bald so are you feeling lucky old timer.

Been driving Lgv for 26 years now going to use digital for 1st time what are the pitfalls , problems I’m going to face please help ? Tacho graph

I prefer digital tachographs but they are less forgiving of mistakes, you can get away with going a minute or two over your time on an analogue tachograph but not on a digital tachograph.

There’s a digital tachograph simulator you can practice on at the link bellow, be aware though that there are now two types of digital tachograph for each make, type 1 tachographs are the older original digital tachographs and type 2 tachographs are the newer type that came in in 2012.
The simulator is type 1 but as far as the user is concerned they’re basically the same except for the the way manual entries are done anyway.

Digital Tachograph Simulator

If you know which make and year of tachograph you’ll be using we can upload an instruction manual for that make and model for you.

I would say a Fossil is older than an Antique

An antique (Latin: antiquus; “old”, “ancient”) is an old collectable item. It is collected or desirable because of its age, beauty, rarity, condition, utility, personal emotional connection, and/or other unique features. It is an object that represents a previous era or time period in human society.

I’ll go with this thanks

Fossils (from Classical Latin fossilis; literally, “obtained by digging”)[1] are the preserved remains or traces of animals, plants, and other organisms from the remote past.

I remember some ■■■■■■■ from the remote past.

Most young blokes I know are bald by choice, never worked that one out since when you get old (I should know :open_mouth: ) hair falls out anyway, so why do young blokes shave off their hair

Fastrantiger:
