It expires at the end of the month,can i use my new card now,will it work,or do i have to wait till after midnight on 30/9/12 before it will work or not?

New card will have a vlaid from date. Shouldn’t work until then.
new card will have come with instructions on how to change over but you can’t do it until the valid from date

It won’t work until the date shown at 4a on the front of the card.
If you work nights try to stop and have a break just before midnight on the day the old card expires and change cards just after midnight.
Keep your old card with you for at-least 28 days after it expires.

Don’t know about that but because the card is a similar colour to my debit card I tried to pay for petrol with it the other day
