Right sorry if its been asked before but here we go.
Scenario…
Drive Digital vehicle for first half of my shift say 06:00-12:00
Take card out as second run is analogue.
Take new unit out at 12:30 and return at 16:00
(all breaks taken as required)
Next day i return and insert digital card and it asks for manual entry.
Now as my shift actually finished at 16:00 not 12:30 i should really do a manual entry.
But as i have the chart surely this covers it?
Or if i do need to enter it manualy how do i record all the activities Since you can only record Other work/Poa or rest on the manual entry screen.
The other point to this is IF i did put a manual entry on my digital card Say Other work from 12:30-16:00
The company then scan my card all well and good but i also have a wax chart that covers that period with the “true” recording of the work in that period
Will it throw all the data out■■?
