hi guys my company today sent me out without tacho as i have the other day sent off for my digi card, they reckon i could use logbook method but i am under the impression u can only do this when u actually have a digicard not when u have only sent application. can anyone clear this up??
They were wrong to send you out. Unless you have been issued with a digi card you cannot drive a digi equipped vehicle. You can only drive one without a card if you have previously been issued with a card and it is lost, stolen or damaged/not working.
ye i thought that was correct but it was my main national manager who told me he had been up real early in the morn findin out this info, chances are tho if i had got stopped the company would have probably said im responsable i shouldnt have gone out in it.
