Being a night worker I cross the 00:00 threshold every night and on the odd occasion I want a print out for some reason and I enter printout mode the only way I can see to do it is to do a 24hr print for the day before (when my shift started) and the current day when shift finished, question is can I get a printout for the last shift worked rather than 2 elongated lengths of irrelevant information, hard to explain but maybe another night worker might understand me more ?
Also on my print outs I have a load of reg numbers of trucks I drove more than a year ago which get printed out every single time, why is that ? And can it be cleared off my digi somehow ?

To get a printout of the current shift wait until you extract the card and are prompted to do a printout, answer yes and you will get a printout of the entire shift and nothing more.

Off hand the only thing I can think of is the list of events at the bottom of the printout, is that what you’re referring to?
If that’s not what you’re referring to perhaps you could go into more detail about where on the printouts the reg numbers are.
I think its the stoneridge ones that do this. I did a few months of nights on agency (who require prinouts) and used so many rolls basically doing two printouts per shift.
Obv some days they tallied up if i waited till the next day but i had to make sure id definatatley printed the whole shift.
The siemens one in a rental truck just did previous 24 hours.
+1 if you find a solution.
P.s. Stoneridge dont ask if you want a printout when ejecting, think thats just siemens?
Will post a photo of the events thing… Easier than trying to explain
Will check out the alternate print option later on, currently almost exclusively stuck with Stoneridge tacho’s ATM.
Sorry mate I meant to get back to reply to this but I got sidetracked and forgot
The list on the printout are the last 5 events from the driver card and the last 5 events from the VU, sorry but as far as I know there’s no way to stop them appearing on the printouts.
The vehicle reg No’s and symbols are events which the card stores and will be on the card for it’s lifetime. The pictograms and the events they show should be found in the handbook for the tachograph unit, I had several of these on my previous card, when I renewed my card they were gone.
Wonder if they are past vehicles I had an infringement in then ?

The first and third events on the card is moving the vehicle without a driver card inserted but the duration is 00:00 so I wouldn’t think it’s serious or an infringement.
The second and fourth are time overlaps, you probably changed vehicles mid shift and the tachographs showed slightly different times, again it’s within limits and not an infringement.
The fifth card event I think is interruption of power, again the duration is 00:00, I’ve no idea what would have caused that.

Momentary battery drain on start up with a weak battery?

I’ve no idea, but that does sound feasible.
Superstar, thanks very much, I guess this list could get super long then, I regularly change vehicles mid shift
Thanks for the feedback, appreciated.
