Digi card went tights up fri 20th so by the time I got the form downloaded and printed ( my printers nacked ) I sent it all away on the 24th and the new one arrived this morning so not bad a week including the weekend .
I applied for my first Friday sent cheque with it first thing that morning Wednesday it was on my doormat ! 
Send a logbook off you will be lucky to see it again before 7/8 weeks !
I think with regard’s to Digi cards they know they need to turn them around quick . licences they just send a letter and a log book I always have a signed for docit so it shows its at dvla
Finished DCPC on Friday, card arrived yesterday, Tuesday. Someone must have lit a fire under the overworked staff.
I wish licence renewal was as quick as that! I had a medical 2 months ago,everything fine, sent off the forms ect. Still waiting

After countless emails and phone calls i am told…"we are still dealing with a backlog from April. Tossers.
