My digi tacho card went ■■■■ up at the end of last week, so i got it off in the post to swansea on saturday.
Has anyone any idea what the current turnaround for replacements is ?
My license went away 2 weeks ago been back for a week so should be anyday. I’ve heard that in some cases you have to go to a VOSA test centre to get a replacement, but maybe that’s just for lost/stolen digicards.

I changed my address and had to collect it from the local testing station, obviously different with a lost or faulty card as you have nothing worthwhile to exchange. Mine took 9 days to be replaced
Last time mine went ■■■■ up i sent it away on a Mon and it was back, delivered to my house, by Friday. they seem to be pretty quick if its a faulty card! 
So, fingers crossed, I might have my card back by the end of next week 
You do hear of some folks waiting for quite a while for stuff to come back.
Its a bloody pain having no card, i had one unit during this last week BUZZING at me all day cos i hadnt put my card in !!
When i spoke to DVLA on Fri, all i got off them was the official “it could be up to 15 days” waffle,
so, thanks everyone for the info.
They say upto 15 working days to replace as that covers them
Did they give you a ref number so you can still drive also remember 
do a print out before you start & when you finish 
With the Buzzing noise just press “ok” on the unit it “should help” 
Never thought of pressing the “ok” button So obvious !!
Yeah, i did get a ref number off them in case i get stopped by plod.
As for printouts, well i`m doing 2 of each at the start & finish of my shift, 1 for work & the other for me to keep…just in case.
I also grabbed a couple of extra spare rolls
