Digi cards now sent to home addresses as i found out on last one
Unless your changing your photo, or renewing your licence after 10yr it shouldn’t be nessesary send your licence off. The digi renewal form asks you if you want to use the same photo, so effectively all you need to do sign the form and send it off with the fee
Done over the phone,just need debit/ccard details job done.

Did mine over the phone and I got it through the post within 48 hours.
Will be ringing them on Monday then.
Card runs out on Jan 9th, so hopefully it will be here by then.

Renewed my digi last December and my licence in March this year. Both expire in December 2016, digi has old photo, licence has new photo, sort of defeats the object of photos.
Done over the phone today, no hassle.

Me too! Two current cards with photos 6 years apart!
