Digi card problems

In response to someone asking how much data their card stores has anyone actually found a way to wipe the data off the card?

To wipe the data off a card would certainly involve using a doctored digitach. Maybe on a bench. But its easier to lose the card surely ?

Loosing it would be an option I suppose.

The really big plus with losing it as opposed to "tampering " with it is that there’s no chance of a fraud charge !!!

whats the point as the info is still stored on a head unit :unamused:

Why have to tamper with it or get ‘one over’ just drive bloody legal :unamused: it’s not really hard. No load is that urgent, unless it’s body parts and I don’t think any of us carry too many of those.

Given that the data is also stored in the tacho head and that a card with no data on at all - even the non-driving stuff that is supposed to be on it i.e your name and driver license number looks outright fraudulent at a roadside check, what’s the point?

This. Never understood drivers ■■■■■■■ in a bottle. If a company expects me to run so tight I can’t even stop to go to the toilet then I’ll find somewhere else to work.
