When my card is downloaded is all info deleted ?

No. Just copied.
As S_S said the data isn’t deleted it’s just copied to the device it’s being downloaded to, the data will stay on your driver card until the memory chip is full then the records get overwritten, when the memory chip on your driver card is full the oldest records are overwritten first.
Most people seem to have over 9 months of records on the driver card.
