Hi all, my trainer sent off for my digi card on my behalf (I signed and checked the details). They sent it off on the same day I had my module 4. I’ve had my DQ card a week now but no sign of my digi card.
How long does it normally take?
For some reason I’m inclined to think they may not of enclosed the payment. Is there anyway I can ring DVLA and check?
Normally takes around a week - sometimes just 3 or 4 days. But if the payment wasn’t enclosed I dont know if they come back and ask you for it or just ignore the application.
I hate ringing DVLA; I would apply again making sure I enclosed the money. If they’ve got it twice they will send it back - so nothing to lose.

I too don’t fancy ringing DVLA, probably get passed from pillar to post. I’ll ring the trainer and ask them about the payment. Just feel really cheeky for asking.
Actually I’m too quick to criticise the DVLA, I just phoned the digi card department, got straight through and they informed me that it was posted out on the 5th Feb’

Possibly if you don’t have a photocard as they use your photo from your licence, same with your DQC. But I assume most people have photocard licence these days.
