Digi Card and Spanish regions

Can someone tell me the region codes and area cities covered with the Spanish regions when using the digi card please ?

if the vehicle you are in has the digi card handbook they are listed in there (well they are in dafs)

off the top of my head all i know is barcelona is cat and madrid is m
