Differences with Europe and Blighty

European kids get weaned up on wine and beer from an early age,so when they are older they can handle it and dont want to take on the world and beat everyone up.
In rural areas of Portugal, the babies drink wine, instead of milk.
In the UK,most parents will enforce the age limit,so when they can legally drink, they just cant handle it,urinating in the streets, and some times defeacating themselves on a night out,you dont see this in Euroland.
The buses and coaches look smarter, eye catching paint work, and advertising on the vehicles,in the UK,a tad too boring to look at,dreary and dull. The drivers well dressed.like they are going to a wedding.

Before the EEC Brit trucks had the best liveries of the lot. The French,Ital,Port etc. had factory finish safe/dull colours.I think the alcohol prob started in UK when the Vikings invaded & taught us the EU way of drinking.

That is true, the Porky trucks were painted with left over paint from ships, then all of a sudden they had new euro money borrowed to get decent kit.

errr, where did you get that astounding piece of info from Toby? heard it all now I must be hallucinating :exclamation:

:bulb: :bulb: So if all the UK trucks and buses were prettily painted we wouldn’t have a problem with the underage binge drinkin then.
:bulb: And we have all the pre-teen females wear lacy socks then that would reduce the number of school girls getting pregnant, might work better if the boys wore condoms though, or kept it in their pants.
By jeez, thats brilliant…
Cannot understand why the intellectuals have never thought of that before…

toby and lovelyperson are definitely competing for “pointless post award” or even “posting crap in a strange place award”
this one is weirder than lovelypersons ramble about the water content of polish bacon :unamused: :unamused:
