I’ll remember the pub though, cos anywhere that does large portions is worthy of a mention in any forum.

Me & the mrs called in there for lunch a few years ago, I had something called a “Desperate Dan” pie!! Big mistake…
The thing came in a dish as big as a bucket complete with chips & side salad 
Seeing as I don’t like to waste food, I gave it my best shot but failed miserably.
I’ve never been in as much pain in my life, especially as I was on my bike at the time… every bump passed through the petrol tank into my stomach which was now the size of a small planet!
Never been back
