Recently â– â–  on a JAUPT driver cpc approved course â– â– ?

Age has no bearing on this

How many hours have you done so far ? - see first question

toby1234abc:
can you do the whole 35 hours in one session

If you can find a registered provider who is willing to do this - they will have a minimum number to be require to make it financially worth while

toby1234abc:
take 7 hours each session

Each DAY is 7 hours and most courses, by no means all, are 7 hours each

How many hours does the ADR take of the new drivers CPC

It’s worth 21 if doing the (I’ll try and get this right  ) CORE PACKS AND 7 CLASSES on a JAUPT driver cpc approved course
NOTE : - an ADR refresher is only worth 7 hours on a JAUPT driver cpc approved course

doing ADR on a JAUPT driver cpc approved course will cost more due to the cpc element and upload fee

The tanker module will not count for driver cpc

Hi Toby,

I have to agree with ROG’s comments above.

Without knowing the answers to ROG’s questions, I’m guessing that you’d already know whether you are to be credited with periodic driver CPC hours, cos there’d most probably be some extra charges involved and you’d know whether you had paid any extra.

I’d suggest that you check the invoice/receipt to see what was included.
If the details aren’t clear, I’d suggest that your only other real option is to contact the provider and ask.

There’s no connection between your age and the driver CPC, so your age won’t make any difference to your question. There is normally a requirement for you to undergo a medical at age 45, so that might be why you were wondering about the ‘age 45’ thing.

Rog,and DD,thats all good info, thats what a driver mentioned too about the 21 hours if taken adr,he is not paying for his cpc and like most middle aged drivers, will give up driving,is that what the governement wanted to get the trucks off the roads.Took my adr with Friendberry at Stogumber,Somerset. So will give them a call.
