The very few that were prosecuted were hung out to dry as a token gesture to pacify the public, they should ALL have been prosecuted, and not allowed only to pay back what they had gained under false pretences with no further action taken. If I stole money from you and was caught, would I be let off if I paid it back years later? I reckon not.
If ever there was a review needed to change a system it is in the UK political system get rid of the parasites and put in those that are genuinely intending to represent us and our views.
