It gets worse … you start looking at the UN Nos … then looking up the product … then you will pass a truck and know the product … that’s Top Trumps
Hope you’ve passed … don’t forget to come back and let us all know
My DCPC card came through the following week from completing the course (21 hours added to my previous 14)
The postie came on Friday and in it was my ADR cert, TBH I was expecting abit more than a poxy bit of printed paper but hey ho ive got it with all the classes and tanks I went for
Now its just a case of keeping my eyes open and see what kind of work is out there.
Congrats
Well Done. Yes you only get paper sheet … BUT … you need to LOOK AFTER IT
and if you might be doing Haz. you will need to have it with you … NO licence NO LOAD
I have a little folder that i keep … licence ( both parts ), digi card, ADR, all together. You will find, if you sart doing ADR, you will have to do “site inductions” ( watch a video telling you the warning sirens blah blah … only joking, it’s serious ) … some places like Wilton ( Teesside ) then give you a “card” showing you’ve done the induction … again you need to keep these safe … saves you having to do induction again … Wilton is valid for 1 year.
Hope this makes sense
Again … WELL DONE … and thanks for taking the time to come back and let us know how you got on
Make sure you sign the certificate, only a complete idiot would attend a job interview and forget to sign it.
