diabetis again

ive just had a 4 th test in appx the last year, the previous 3 have come back o.k.
but every time i go to doctors they tell me i have to have another test, the reason they say i need one is my reacurring problem with my tonque, its cracked, white film at back and sore at times.
they keep giving me lozenges to clear it up but it keeps comming back.
so
1/ why do doctors asociate a cracked tonque with diabetis.
2/ has anyone had a tonque with the same symtoms , how did you clear it up.was it something you ate that causes it
ta

my tonque, its cracked, white film at back and sore at times.

Now im not saying i had the same but Only symptoms I had similar were, well on 3 different times, was very sore mouth which prevented eating (which if you knew me that is serious in itself), cracked tounge, completely white mouth by the end of it and swelled lips
Wouldnt be able to eat for better part of a week, and then the food had to be blended.
Been to doctors about it who gave me lozengers and cream for the lips each time. Finally on the off chance got in touch with the dentist (thought process being oral issue…dentist :bulb: ) Well ive never seen a bloke so happy to see me…EVER!!

All in all it turned out that it was actually a coldsore that had developed inside of the mouth and brought the rest of the symptoms with it. Got prescribed medication from the dentist and with in 24 hours it had pretty much clear it up.The kicker is that if you are unlucky to get it, then you should only ever get it once and thats it.

As stupid as it may seem, it was the best decesion i made going to the dentist. Althou with being unable to eat, it was the best diet i ever had :grimacing: :grimacing:

I got Diabetes and kept Level with Medication around 8 and 11.
Now ive been 2 Month out on holiday and have it now down between 6 and 0.6 depence what i eat. Also 15 kg down.
well, but,i just got the Level down after i lost my Medication and had to manage it with Food and Drinks, well, and Activity.
doctor is happy, nurse is happy, and me too,as im finding the Way to get the Medication down.
