Expect a LOT of graft heaving roll cages in/out of the truck, along pavements and into shops. If you where not fit now, you will be in a couple of months
Just been seconded from another DHL contract but working in the Midlands.
Hard graft and the reason they pay class 2s the same as artic drivers.
On a plus note their managers treat us better than our own- maybe cos we’re new.

How many cages do you go out with mate
Hmmm…not really counted.
26 tonner usually full with chill cages and a few pallets of frozen.
Average run is between 7 and 10 drops
