Sorry OP looks like nobody had experience with dhl in you area.
All I can tell you is the ones I have seen around the area are MAN trucks.
Most of DHL trucks will be automatics even rigids if our place is anything to go by. The only time we have manual rigids or units are hired trucks from time to time.
Mostly DAFS these days at most depots, although some depots do have all sorts. DAF, MAN, VOLVO, MERC and occasionally even Scanias are mostly what I see DHL using.
