I have a possible start with DHL tomorrow have to do an assessment before they will let me drive for them. Has anybody any past experience with this? Written test then driving test is my understanding of it.

Normally around 2hrs in total,the drive is normal 30-45 mins.
Is it for class 2 or class 1? If it’s the same guy as it used to be driver trainer was called Dave
i had one in a different location.
it starts with alcohol and drug test, then 100 question theory test, educational videos on manual handling, some other H&S videos and paperwork and then driving assessment: good side and blind side reverse and regular driving. About 4 hours

I had one 3/4 weeks ago, the one I had was class 2 had 30 mins of just driving and then 60 mins of paper work, the guy just give all of us the answers and just got us to put our name at the bottom, if its the same you have nothing to worry about.
