I think i may be excempt to some extent to the EU tachograph regs, But i’m not sure.
I’ll be delivering fresh water to a gas rig, then taking mud away for processing.
From what i’ve read, There is a derogation from the tacho regs regarding the transportation of water.
- what’s the difference between a derogation and an excemption?
- Am i excempt? or am i ■■■■■■■ in the wind with this one.
