I hear Nobrots are running the transport at the new COOP RDC Andover very shortly. Anyone ever worked for their distribution operation.
How are you treated
What kind of shift rotas do they use eg; single days off in the middle of the week etc

where i work we have a norbert driver come down to us every night he seems happy enough with working conditions and pay but with any pay you always want more our driver goes past andover to come to us and said its a huge place etc unfortulay i cant really answer your questions only thing i could suggest is give them a bell and ask but with the norbert drivers we have had most have been reasonable happy thou

Norbert’s basic rate is £8.53 then you have shift allowances, location allowances and overtime rate to add on to that.
Normally you will have a guaranteed 40-44 hours depending on the contract and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
Have they actually started moving anything there yet ?.

Thanks Rew… that was informative and helped me.Yeah definitely will give it a go. Am wanting a night shift so that sounds good. Holidays beat DHL too.
