Yeah, I bet in the 80’s you’ didn’t make a huge song and dance about it either, just helped out for the sake of helping out and cracked on. not saying these firms arent running at a loss doing this, of course they are though probably most cases offset by a decent reload out of Germany… but Its cracking for their social media awareness, i mean every video I’ve seen the wagon has to be plastered in “Look at us, we are delivering aid to the front line” stickers

Always people who will moan when people do things like this, bet they’ve done a lot more than you. Who cares if they put it on social media? It’s life these days and the more it’s shared publicly the better, and the more supplies they could potentially take.

Over the last 5 years our lot has run 3 loads out to Romania and the Ukraine . The boss and his son just got back yesterday from Lublin . Many are doing this and saying little or nothing about it - most of any publicity we have been given has come from other sources - its something the boss himself decided to do and while it is generating a certain amount of social media coverage its not the reason that they are doing it . Can’t speak for anyone else but our lot did it because it was the right thing to do .

I care… it makes my blood boil, sorry that my opinion is incorrect.
Mrs went & got the homeless lad some hot pies from suoermarket & his dog some treat type things ( dog was that excited)& we put a fivers worth of cat food in the rescue bin
Well done to those helping out those from Ukraine , but there’s plenty overbhere who need help , they seem to have been forgotten in my opinion at the moment
I guess it’s difficult to know what to do , but I must admit it m not really a animal lover , though we’ve a terrorist ( cat ) but just seeing that dog that excited , treats, did make our day
