i remember reading a year or two ago about a fitters diary and photo thread about all the defects he sees in his daily life. or it might have been multiples peoples defects thet they thought worth a share, i dunno, my memory aint what it used to be lol.
anyway i want to read that thread again but i cant find it. ive searched til im blue in the face but as i cant remember the thread title im on a hiding to nothing.

For a laugh Google Quantas gripe sheet, it lists aircraft defects from pilots to engineers to fix.
Pilot reports " Sounds coming from under instrument panel, it sounds like a midget pounding away with a hammer."
Engineer answers with " Hammer removed from midget."
Mice heard in aircraft, he answered with " Cat installed ."
