I read in the comic [C.M.] that i can have the dreaded digi to switch to rest when i turn the engine off, has any had this done or any thoughts please.

The other point, that may not apply to some; you drive a vehicle with this feature when you are used to having to select activity. You are unloading the vehicle with keys in your pocket. Tacho will be recording ‘rest’ but you are actually ‘working.’ I can hear the man with the yellow jacket saying; ‘incorrect use of mode switch.’

I know, it’s a right pain. I drive an 08 plate MAN which goes to break every time you turn the ignition off and after 5 weeks I’ve just about got into the habit of putting it back to other work every time.
