Hi,

I’m thinking to relocate up north to Manchester as life in Cambs is so expensive etc.
Any tips/recommendations for a job search, companies as I want to avoid to end up in some sh*#@ole?
I’m not keen to do tramping, nights and no more than 12 hrs per day!!!
Can do multidrops instead, would be good to get a fulltime job without agency.

Avoid Archbold logistics. You sound like you would be more suited to a fork truck/warehouse job. Probably similar money these days and much less stress etc.
