Do i need every year 7 Hour or just when i like,to have 35 Hour after 5 Year to renew Card?

You need to do 35 hours periodic training within the 5 year period before the expiry date of the DQC.
You can do it any time you like, there’s no need for 7 hours every year unless that’s what you want to do.

Unless In Ireland where it is 7 hours every year I believe
just done a week of cpc. card came yesterday covered not til 2024
