DCPC Training not on online record

Hi,

One of my mates did two days DCPC with a training company last year and when he checked his record today, there was no record of it. The latest three days he did with another company recently are on the record but not the first two. He is worried he will have to do them again as he thought he was doing his last one today.

Anyone had this problem,

No, but I’d be chasing up the course provider asap to see why they haven’t uploaded the training record to the dsa. I’m sure they have to do this within a few days of you doing the course. Something not right whichever way you look at it.

I would give it 10 days ,if the card hasnt arrived then start asking questions.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it at the moment, there is no online record of me having done any DCPC training at all but I still have the Driver Qualification Card and that’s all that matters if VOSA ask me for it.

Anyone had this problem,

did your friend receive any certificate from the training compant to say he had done the 2 days? when i did mine received a certificate in the post by the next weekend,

i think also the training companies only have 5 days to enter the applicants details on the dsa site after that the course is not valide, so your mate might have a problem and have to redo those 2 days, but talk to the training providers first and see if they can shed any light on the situation

First port of call MUST be the training providers. If you get no joy from them then speak with the DSA. DSA won’t want to know unless you have spoken with the training providers first.
