only need the landing leg story for a full set :grimacing:

is this a new one? Only one i’ve heard is off a bloke at ours is you get fined by vosa something like 200 quid for each turn of the handle if the legs aren’t fully up when driving.

Yep thats the one. £60 seems to be the accepted figure. I guess inflation round your way is a killer :open_mouth:

I keep getting this from 1 of our drivers claims he has the vosa fines book in the house

Here’s the book, not a mention of the landing legs ■■■■■■■■ in it. Blokes a knob. :stuck_out_tongue:

You’ve got to do something for 7 hours… might as well fill it with something!

I am of course a massively long in the tooth Class 1(million) license holder who has driven to the moon and back on only a Gardner 180, and have experience with ultra heavy haulage (the stuff so big, you didn’t even know it existed). So you all would benefit from listening to me. A bit.

You had a Gardner 180■■ YOU were lucky - WE had a Foden steamer!!

Steve

Just imagine that the Jackanory Driver is also the numpty running the course! Given all the jobs that he’d done it just showed that he couldn’t hold one down for any length of time. Incredibly boring and a waste of everyone’s time.

Not just at the CPC course, I work with the original driver who got chalked off at tesco’s RDC for an.overnight rest!
