DCPC hours, what happens to them?

Currently have banked 21 hours of DCPC rubbish(paid by ex employer)

I hope NEVER to drive a truck again but will I lose the banked hours after 09/2019■■

If I needed to drive again after 09/2019 do I need to do the full 35 hours again?

The banked training hours will be affective from when your current DQC expires, they will be valid for 5 years from that date after which you will lose them.

If the 7 hour courses are not converted into a DQC then each of those 7 hours becomes invalid after 5 years from when they were gained

example
7 hours done on 02/02/2015 will expire on 01/02/2020
7 hours done on 05/06/2017 will expire on 04/06/2022

Really?

What do you mean by " not converted into a DQC", by getting a card?

But if you did those modules on the dates you said there, then you did your final 7 hours to make up your 35 on say 01/12/2018, then you get a full DQC that will be valid until 01/12/2023? Even though your first 7 hours was done in 2015?

Is that how it works ROG, you get a full 5 years from the date you complete the 35 hours?

Example of 7 hour course dates
02/02/14 - valid until 01/02/2019
02/02/15 - valid until 01/02/2020
02/02/16 - valid until 01/02/2021
02/02/17 - valid until 01/02/2022
02/02/18 - valid until 01/02/2023
covert to a DQC by 01/02/2019 = ok
try to convert those 35 to a DQC on 03/02/2019 and only 28 will count as the first has become invalid so no DQC will be issued
