As it says hours done up to now, poll gives you 1 choice, and ten days to vote.
Which option do I choose if I’ve done both HGV & PCV
(It’s 21 hours with another day booked next month )
done 14 so far. am in 2 minds as to wether to arrange the rest myself or wait and see if the company will pay for it after the policy reviews

The OP has not realised that some courses cover both LGV & PCV
All the hours done cover both if the driver has both LGV & PCV on the licence (101 code categories do not count)
28 hrs
Not started yet, don’t know if I will.
All done for me, I got paid to do my ADR and Hiab, so can’t complain.

the one you use the most would do
Not done any and don’t think i will .Dvla took my licence off me last week well gave it them back because i am having blackouts at least 1 or 2 a fortnight so cannot now drive hgv for 12 months from my last blackout .So i think i will look into doing something else instead.Honestly not bothered me as much as I thought it would.
