So I was parked up in Lymm Services (yes i know 
) and ran out of newsfeed on facebook to look at so was thinking to myself. When I finally decide to pack in driving fully when I’m much older. An interesting job running a small(ish) truckstop somewhere ideal would be nice. I think having lorry driving experience could help with knowing what I detest about some places. I was thinking about making it everything I hate about everywhere else. But hey ho… anyone else have these random thoughts/ideas. I’m sure Carryfast has a few to share with us 
While having driving experience may help I think catering knowledge apart from eating the stuff would stand you in better stead, also hygiene qualifications and all the rest of the crap needed to operate a bona fide food outlet would be needed.
