Evening Buzzer

Well that’s the long weekend over and back to it tomorrow, off to Liverpool with concrete then loading Rochdale for darn sarf. Showing our Heifer at Wensleydale show on Saturday, and came away with a second in class to the eventual supreme champion so we were very pleased. Also started on our 2nd cut this afternoon, a bit later than normal because we didn’t put any fertiliser on after first cut. Probably the right decision as the price of fertiliser hasn’t come down much and we should have enough crop to see us through winter.

Cheers Wrighty.

That green stuff is known as Dr Green, it grows on land that is normally a bog but that happens to suit a very dry summer. The lawns going daft as well having a job keeping on top of it.

Cheers Wrighty.

We’re the fresh four handy money, with the shortage of grass you would think a few will be getting rid to save on feed bills.

That’s what they used to say us on the ferry when we did Nuclear waste runs to Norway in the event of a leak being detected, even if the casket was empty
