All credit to PaulR1800 for the photo, a Porsche, I for one fancied the boy racer type with a Boxer engine giving you a poke in the back, nowadays the tractor would be fast enough.
Oily
Oiltreader, was that tractor photo taken at the Great Dorset steam fair ?
While we are on the subject of agricultural tractors the picture below is a world record attempt by 135 Volvo BM tractors ploughing all in the same field, there were two blocks like that and in the end they met in the middle, Buzzer.

Dean the answer to your question on capacity of an artic for sheep think its about 500 only know this as an OD who picked up store cattle from me said he takes that amount to Devon from ■■■■■■■ for grazing, also two decks of store cattle between 50/60 depending on size and weight, Cheers JD.

Spot on there, Buzzer: it’s Romany language. Mush is bloke; police are the gavvers (and, lest people forget in these times; chav is child - but can also be used as ‘mate’ in the same way that ‘lad’ can). Ro
Evening Buzzer
Busy at work this week, covered 2070kms in three days from Carlisle to Cranbrook and several places in between. Back at home farming has been busy with a couple of calves, and brought some early lambers inside ready to lamb in a couple of weeks.
We were selling bulls and heifers on Friday at Leyburn and they did alright, two bulls made £1180,1160 and six heifers made £1160, 1140 x2,1115 and 2x £1090. Not too bad for 10 month old cattle, but on Friday at Carlisle a pure Limi heifer from the Willodge herd was sold for 250,000 guineas. No doubt it will be used to harvest embryos to be implanted into other cattle, not a good advert for beef farming when it gets into the media.
Cheers Wrighty.
