Being a bit careful food wise as had food poisoning the other week & had to go home spent 5 days in bed not good & I though I had iron stomach also just had bollocking off diabetic nurse so being a good boy at moment lol

Funny ol job the other week for whatever reason a few containers got delivered into Tilbury but the pineapples inside had to go to Germany? Just back on ramp next to container and move em across simples lol
Tilbury docks had to be done not been in here for years lol

Nice one ANDREW, Keep us old fridge men in the loop, the job has not changed at all, the same work ,nice, the old wine collections ,[90%hand ball when I was at it with all the others] vin -de-route, once you were on it that was it, a telex at the first collection then another 14/15,stack em up take em down how high do you go.all different size boxes trying to keep them alll together.not drinking the samles ,i did not drink wine so i was ok.
BELGUIM small country but they allways seeemed to have a lot of food[fridge exports to uk]veg, chips, it was in the1980S when a lot of the factories for veg stated to build up. keep the photos coming ,dbp

Good ol wine collections the more the better but at least we’re spared the handball these days at least it would of kept ya fit?we used to get a fax at first one but now it’s just an e mail with all details on not the same as having it down on paper!
Yes still plenty of fruit n veg out of Belgium & the odd load of frozen chips thrown in for good measure although we stick mainly with the fruit.

Don’t normally post pics of me dinner but after so much demand & I thought this would make you all jealous of the glamours on the road these days lol
First up is a healthy option from M&S done in the microwave to perfection & very tasty too.
And for afters we have a fruit medley & Greek ish yoghurt lol the fruit does 2 sittings & the yoghurt 4 oh how the other half live lol

Busy day for me on the farming front, fed the steers and haylage in then off to do some harrowing before it gets too wet, did 25 acres in all 6 near home and all the council ground which I don’t have to do but it is for my benefit, the old einbock spring tine harrow does a real good job and spreads all the cow pats and rips out the old grass, may even roll it if the weather holds out Buzzer.

Looks like you’re making a reet job wi them harrows we could do with a bit of that at home, I think those spring time harrows make a better job than the traditional chain ones.
Loaded tractors at Fakenham, Hardwick and Harworth now parked up at Lanark ready for three drops int morning.

I know where you were Andrew BY THE ISLE MAN BOATS PIER HEAD ,L/POOL that is where i spent a lot of my youth,in that area, the shipping federation was right by the B/HEAD FERRY a 16 year old from the sticks,i soon grew up,lol.
