Buzzer:
All calm at Tracy Island when out this morning with a pair of horses with four grandchildren and Mrs D on board, young Tommy had a go on the reins at 8yo but thought he was in France as he was on the wrong side of the road naughty boy but you got to get them at it young Buzzer.
I can understand the confusion, it’s left hand drive.
Well another busy week up ere 3 days in work a funeral on Friday then farming Sat/Sun
Great photo’s Snapper keep em coming, if you fancy a job swap let us know, about 300 lambs to dip and foot bath tomorrow.
Back in work myself on Tuesday but I doubt my destination will be as glamorous as yours…

Do not fret as “snapper” cant walk past a mirror with out looking in so if he see’s any DIT trucks on his travels he is bound to take a picture and also we do a bit of reciprocal work with Dixons so the probability is likely.
Don’t know what happened at Daltons but it was very quick as per norm in these cases, not many real Southampton companies left now Buzzer.
Very quick indeed Buzzer, It all came out of the blue. Ah i shall keep a nose in then to see how much snapper reappears. I wonder if he will take them up on the offer of running down to Turkey. Great trip and fantastic views along the way.
Evening all still got a few snaps to put on lol
Was trying to read the back doors on way to Italy something about supercalibreholidayhaulage or something like that lol
What better after a hard (cough) day’s drive (cough) than to go for a swim taking snaps & working is hard work I’ll have you know!!! Even harder than getting caught to help ol man George Cannon out on the bale cart as I did frequently in my youth lol
At last we have a decent amount of rain and by golly the farming department really needed it, all the grass was withering up with no water but on my walk round the cattle today every thing smells fresh again but we still need more, also had a new IAE calf creep feeder delivered which I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get delivered so will be putting that into service tomorrow.
The rest of my day was spent making another batch of jam, this time it’s Peach, Nectarine and Gooseberries to help the setting process. I like to use different fruits together but expect it will be too sweet for my taste as the nature of the fruit dictates that but using the Gooseberries should even that up a bit, any ways another twenty odd jars in the store to show for my efforts.
Still picking loads of runner beans also but the French one’s are near to the end now although they still produce a few, cheers Buzzer.

Dennis I was not sure if that was a seal or on second glance could have been a beached whale !
On my walk round today took this picture of the Hamble river upper reaches, high winds and tide covered the marsh where my steers were grazing last week. They were inland today laying contented chewing the cud in the shelter of tree’s out of the wind.
Took the calf creep down and within an hour some had sussed that there was hard food to be had but the cows frustrated as they cannot get in there, Buzzer.

Now this is just typical just had to post it, Buzzer.
PS. wind it down to see the answer.
Sounded familiar and then when I read the answer I realised it was the same Norman who moved next to me a little while ago. Latest complaint is my outside lights which have been there over thirty years are spoiling a lovely evenings walk. Wait till he finds out I’m increasing my O licence. Pratt
ERF MAN hope you get your O licence granted as its pratt’s like this that get allsorts of restrictions imposed on sites like yours that have been there for years and then you get lumbered with timed in and out movements. Remember one supermarket store where reversing bleepers were banned in a similar situation so H&S out the window there all because someone complained and they had just moved in and obviously did not do all the checks before hand, bloody ridiculous Buzzer.
