Great photo’s Snapper, motors looking tidy have you had the rims repainted ?

Cheers Wrighty.

Wrighty would’nt mind a break away from base, but not sure about a working holiday. Can I bring me hosses and do a bit of driving while im’e there, change as good as rest they say. Baldrick’s certainly sorted you our some fair weather but think it may change as I just sent him a couple of wooly DIT issue safety hats so it will go cold or pee down again. See that we cottage he is refurbing now I want to see him out in the peat bog cutting his winter fuel supply, that would be something to behold.
Went out today with the team of horses nice and sunny but if you caught the breeze you certainly knew about it. Busy tomorrow as BT to sort me not so fast super fast broadband in’t morning then new hen house after dinner so bizzy, cheers Buzzer.

Evening Buzzer

Your more than welcome to bring the horses up for a spot of driving in the dales, although it would be a fair sight four horses dragging the chain harrows around the fields. Another glorious day up ere, was a pleasure working outside…

Cheers Wrighty.

I hope that Northampton Town Footballer didn’t tip that glass of pish onto Smeg at Cheltenham.

He would have had to of been a bloody good shot, Stuart would have been track side amongst the bookies not in the stands with so called professional footballers.
Overpaid children spring to mind more interested in the drink than the racing, there is no better sporting spectacle than watching horses racing up the hill to the finish at Cheltenham, been twice and loved it…

Cheers Wrighty.

PDB re the urine thingy at Cheltenham, remember sacking a bloke once as he went on leave and the relief driver had to dispose of two bottles of cold ■■■■. As you say we can all get took short and have to act but should always clean up at the first opportunity. In my barn there is an emergency bog roll just in case and have used this on more than one occasion but better than pooping your pants eh cheers Buzzer.

YES BUZZER you did right in sacking him, i had no idea about the ■■■■ thing at cheltenham until i read it in your slot .perhaps it did not belong on here but it brought my awareness.

I am defiantly not going to encourage Mr Morrison ,not even going to mention it at
all,in fact the fly swatter thingie ,"is it still there ,if it were me i would hang up a big pair of testicles, from a TUP, now look at that you gawpers…aahh I never had any flag, sticker, anything in my screen or cab to glorify the job, because at times it was hard…and not that glamorous. .

BOSTON [LINCS]is the new capital of POLAND so my spies tell me,beating our own Bog-nor Regis.

Just so I’m not out done on the Semi Buzzers Agricultural Thread…my new addition into livestock minding:
Arrived last sunday, stuck behind a retaining wall on my farm. My next door neighbour said it wasn’t his so suggested I keep it. Being a male it ain’t worth a carrot, also, I already have one in the freezer courtesy of my neighbour. He was good enough to give me 1/4 of a sack of dried milk to get him on his way. The vet said he was good and if we didn’t want him, his brother, a goat man, would. We opted to look after him (Freddy) for the foreseeable. He’s now 2 weeks old by estimation. Going to bring him up with the dogs, so that’s what he thinks he is! Another bit of security!

We get those driven by our front door twice a day Gazzer ,( is it a flock , pack or herd ? ) our local goat man has about 200 of them he grazes on the mountain every day.

Gazzer you got a farm no Kidding never knew that, what else you got on the plot.
Continuing the farming theme as a few seem to like it here is a shot of me new hen house which is bigger than the last and I am of tomorrow for a further 24 pol chicken which will take the flock up to 74 just to keep pace with demand for free range egg sales. The second shot of the day in the life of farming is contented cattle freshly littered up with a belly full of fodder beet just laid down chewing the cud. Think I better do some rolling next week as well before it turns wet again, Buzzer.

“Arable” Buzzer. Well if that’s what you call a 50/50 split of Almond and Olive trees, plus a selection of fig trees. Now 1 goat! I’ll see if I can blag a female.
Kerbut: Our neighbour has about 100. He has a choice of up the mountain towards us or down to the river.

You need a house pig Gazzer you can feed it on all your left over scraps and they eat pretty much anything then you could make your own sausages. Usually buy 5 or 6 pigs in market nearly fit to kill as to buy the grub is expensive, they are not making much at the moment so I should shake a leg to market and purchase as the stocks in the freezer are getting low. Gotta man who slaughters at home and his mate makes the bangers, no crap in them just good meat makes the world of difference to the flavour, Buzzer.

Got to agree Buzzer the best pork sausages are home grown and butched by someone local, were now eating the proceeds of this years crop and the pork chops are superb.
Busy lambing now just been out around a fifty acre field looking for a yow, found her lambing up against the fell both feet back so she was to lamb and then bring down into the field next to the house, here’s a picture of last summers piggies…

Cheers Wrighty.
