That’s why it was purchased Joe, the chap who owned it wanted 5 1/2 K for it and did not want to move on the price and it cost more to get it to where I wanted it than to buy, but we ran it and it earned its corn and was a great talking point for the company especially when it went abroad, cheers Buzzer.

Yep everyone you met spoke about it. Tony “The Tart” adored it, kept it immaculate, source of great pride for him too of course. Not many of 'em about Shag , no doubt it’s still paying its way today. Bet you wished you had bought some more too, lol…
Cliff luxton:
Hi john and all you other old boys out there just found out how to work the computer , thought you might like to see this old girl that did me well for a few years after you finished with her. Nice to see you all keeping in touch. cliff
Hi Cliff, hope you are well. Great picture there mate of as you say a good old workhorse.
F380 was put through its paces and just kept gelling on with all those new FH’s
I can remember going to pick it up when Dad bought it. It came from Mark Compton and was metallic blue.
Les Gibbs (Gibbo) had her first, then Steve Wells (Whacker)
Had if for a long time. It was replaced in the end as the FH’s rolled in
And was going to be sold to a bloke called Brad Nussey from Newbury?
But he ended up buying one of old Rokold motors dad had.
Can see from the pic the original fuel tank put to drivers side.
Anyway, good to hear from you take care, H
This is not my photo…it belongs to Will, Tony Bradfields nephew.
