Ahem…! A very Good Afternoon to you John sir! Two things… 1: You should get a rake off from Scania for all the free advertising and good review of fuel figures etc… 2: The futures bright, the futures blue and white ■■? Brilliant. Do you sit on the Karzi and think these things up?
Anyway, am back online after a few months away in a Buddhist retreat as an alternative to taking a CPC or working in any, way shape or form. I notice there has been a lack of gardening input in my absence? Shameful. By chance, I found a pack of unused JD donated beans. Will be planting them come April next year and hope for better luck.
Hello to all, especially Pat, who I’ve never met but obviously know his yard ( been there longer than the Colliseum ) Get well soon.
Hi Balders good to have you back, has Mappo been with you as he has not posted in ages perhaps Fergie and I had better start taking the urine again to tempt him back in to circulation. It is the quiet time in the allotment and I have just done a chicken changeover the old ones went in the veg plot till the new ones started to lay and I must say they did a wonderful clear up job eating all the weeds including the fat hen no pun intended they have all gone now so better have a clear up ready for next season.
As you can see we have a new lot of trucks coming on stream and I must say I have never seen such excitement in the camp over new trucks by the drivers ever before, been out with one driver when he was getting training as they are very different to the Volvos and they are pretty awesome. much different to the GUY Big J that I started in.
Surpose you are getting ready for Crimbo a time I aint fond off if ime truthful but its the last one before I become a true pensioner and will be joining Charlie One at the old folks club, any way keep looking in as I enjoy your wit and humour not many of us got that any more see you soon, cheers Buzzer.
GUY BIG J, nothing wrong with them (in their day)… many happy hours spent in one of’em,lol… not a patch on these skodas by the looks of them though… Dogs Bo**0cks maybe eh…

John. You are too young to be a pensioner. However there is always a place for you at the old folks club.Enjoying all the pics and comments about the new Skodas.Im afraid to say I am being left behind.I doubt that I couldnt even climb up in one never mind drive it.Sad eh?
Mind you how many of todays nippers could manage a Scammel with no power steering and a gate change crash box? Regards Charlie
rward:
well I seen one of your scanias in Caerphilly today I had to stop and take some pics wat a brilliant outfit anybody would be proud to drive that I must say you don’t see many firms like that no more well done davis and its driver homer regards rowland
Many thanks for your comments Rowland small but neat fleet that we run, attention to detail was always my way and this has passed on to Hori my son as he is more fastidious than I ever was, how things have moved on when I think back at what I drove first cheers Buzzer.
Andrew the only pigs I know about are in me sty here at home ready to make some more tasty sausages, I have mention the transfer variety but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears but if you keep on you may get rewarded.
Charlie there are ways and means of getting you up in the cab but once there I really don’t think you would know what to do as you might as well be in the cockpit of a jumbo jet ! trust me ive been there. cheers Buzzer,
Good evening all Horry told me if we get a hundred likes to bring back the pig it will be done!!(he actualy said a thousand but i think he was playing hard to get)
regards Andrew a volvo driving pig
But where would PGS now go…It would look a bit cluttered between the new blue stripe and silver stripe methinks.Anyway, here’s a like from me,hope that helps.
You got to admit they are a lush looking tractor unit . Not that I’m so keen on the “new” shape though ,look just like the messerschmidt to me - cant tell them apart IMHO… Ref the “pig” they got to be back I think ,kind of looks odd without it on the doors… Tradition n all o’that stuff, lol… +1 like here too… where are the sausages now, making me hungry ,lol… BBQ sounds like a plan…
