Don’t think the men at the top are sorting this country, they must have been castrated at birth ! Buzzer.
Two of these collected today Buzzer, only 440’s as they are Euro 5’s.
Minor changes to the automated gearbox (now has 3 modes instead of 2) and that’s about it compared to the 2 pedal predecessor that I had.
Shady, Cant believe you said that ,lol… As if … Yeh still doing same thing in same place as advertised… Fancy seeing you here , sad world considering we live 2 miles apart , and this is the way we natter, assuming you same old same old, with the rest of our merry bunch ■■ Havent heard from anyone for a bit - but winter time etc …

RTD this has been on B4 but no matter that was my 110 in the middle and the F10 was very new as I remember talking to the driver, he had a multi drop of UHT milk in those coffee cup size packs and I think I was pulling for Skillbeech the F88 in Jamesons colours I think was an OD but cant be sure. That was on the top deck on the nose of the ship not sure which one but at least if you volunteered for that you were sure of shipping, just had to wash the salt off if it was choppy sea’s. cheers Buzzer.
The Jamesons O/D could have been a bloke called James Ponting…remember him from my Prince’s days, had a speech impediment. I think he came from Basingstoke way, don’t know why!!!

Hi John. When I was on for Jamesons,I had an F88.Regards Charlie
Jamies did own one VOLVO. Not sure if that was it.
SKODA was OK down to “The Muppets” for some stone on Saturday John. Mine has a grinding/transmission noise like a dry propshaft U/J…also a drone about 1400rpm (like when your car exhaust resonates against your bodywork!). Other than that, does what is says on the tin!
Just sitting here having a troll through this thread and I am sat by a window and out side it is hissing it down, just reminds me of all those times we got soaked to the skin roping and sheeting in such weather and then no real way of getting dried out when we had finished the job and then as if by magic along came the tautliner ! happy days as we knew no better all those years ago but used to take pride in the job well done, gave satisfaction to see a neat rope and sheet load, cheers Buzzer.

Thinking of buying some flat beds then John■■?

They moved out to segensworth when the area around the old lorraines lorry park was redeveloped somewhen around 2001.It always makes me laugh when I drive past because there is a kindergarten on the land where our yard used to be and most of the drivers were like big kids .
I’ve dug out a few of my old photos and will try to scan them in somewhen in the next few days. Unfortunately I can only find a few of what I know I had but then I never really took much care of them which is something I’m now regretting.
Until then here’s a couple that I’ve found while wasting time on the web.
Bottom picture could be Freds new place (1994) Madrid, PJK 143 was Ian Keens and the F12 might have been Shirleys
Cheers
