Evening Buzzer, thanks for the tip, yes its just over the hill from me.Not badly priced, they have dropped it from 10k per acre 6months ago! I think I will stay at the present size, though I went to look at a polytunnel set up last month, his yeilds are high!
Cut some grass today, so tommorow we will be well into it, and going like stink,(everything willing )!! Some of the paddocks are so thick, I reckon we will top 100 small bales per acre…Ihope!!
Nice lorries those Scania`s, I always loved the 3 series dashboards…

Your impending fleet purchase is old news John, I heard about it last week, all rumours obviously!.
Will they be specced as per the 143s?. A big V8 and space to breath?.
Cheers
Neilf
Yeah I was in Nottingham and heard a rumour ! I must get the new Italeri catalog and see what kits they got that you can do a sumersault in with a back pack on with a big V8 Jam ready yet John ■■

Don’t need V8’s to do the job now Jimmer as its all motorways and they level out the hills, do you really think we got drivers that could even do a press up leave alone a summersault even if they were out of the cab. Got the goose gogs just waiting on the strawbs then we will have all systems go for the jam mate cheers Buzzer.

Hi John. Will you be selling the jam on a stall outside your country residence or will you be selling on the internet? I believe that Waitrose are looking for suppliers of the said products.I feel a new venture coming on.Regards Charlie
I see through your plan Buzzer, a stall outside The Wheatsheaf at the August Bash! Bring along a bit of beef (cooked and sliced) and maybe Tim will provide the rolls! Don’t forget the whipped double cream for the last of the summer strawberries!

As I said on the Soton page my Mrs thought it was a picture Jim, You will have to wait a couple of months to see what the Scanias look like but ime sure you will have a go at one of them later on cheers Buzzer.
Jim got the 30lb of strawberries done and in the frigo so just have to wait for a rainy day and the jam production will be all systems go, but the way the weather is performing at the moment you may have to wait a while cheers Buzzer

Got a couple of last years vintage left Jim so let us know when you are going to Tracy Island and I will send them in with the Boss cheers Buzzer.
gazzer:
You’ve probably nicked our Scanias John. Delayed from July to November!
Gazzer you sure its not ESL they would have greater Q jumping clout than DIT, sure Horry could do a good rental deal with some of our old FH’s with poor old Ian, by the way is he still with us as we aint heard much from him lately or are you his spokesperson nowadays cheers Buzzer.
Hi Jim I just want to know if the little pig motif on the door has “PGS” cut out of it, I don’t know if you knew what it stood for but it was “Porky Git Squadron” as most of the drivers way back then were of a portly nature, and the bowler hat used to have “JD” also cut out just for your information mate cheers Buzzer.
