No,because over the past few years your right to free speech and protest has slowly been taken away under the guise of anti-terror laws and such like without most people actually knowing it…when the real ■■■■ hits the fan,you wont be able to do ■■■■ all about it as is pretty much the case now.

The difference being that what you describe as “communists” eg China etc, are not and never have been true communists.
I think that anyone in China would be in a lot of trouble with the Chinese Police/PLA if they stood outside it’s main government buildings shouting that.
The difference actually being that not only are they still just as communist as they ever were they’ve also managed to infiltrate the main western governments using people like Wilson,Thatcher and Reagan.Which is why China and Russia have got richer while the West has got poorer with the help of the Western governments.
A few people getting (very) rich off the back of cheap labour economies is about as communist as it gets and is the total opposite to the 1960’s US type society built on the capitalist ideas and strong domestic industry and economy of that time.Which is why American workers are now living in tents while the Chinese are busy turning their country into a concrete jungle and an industrial sweatshop.

So the Cuban misile crisis was caused by ‘massively biased American propaganda’ and we’re all better off now in an economy run for the benefit of the Chinese Communist Party not ourselves.

The whole issue is (a lot) more complicated than that Del.
From my own point of view I’ve been there,seen it,supported it and then,just like George Orwell,came to the conclusion that the the idea was an experiment that went wrong and should have been abandoned by all of it’s supporters when Trotsky was murdered.
I was one of those who got disillusioned with the idea soon after seeing it for what it really was and then realised The America of the 1960’s showed to way to go.
